Future Scan 5: Conscious Communities

For this years FTC conference Cathryn and Laetitia presented a paper called 'Broken Butterfly Wings: Exploring textile blends for disassembly and recycling and their role in the circular economy' which reviews the two approaches to blends taken in each’s PhD work. Becky and Sanne presented the CharioCity project and Becky also delivered a design strategy conference presentation entitled 'From Sustainable, to Circular, to Bio-Local Design: Towards Systemic Fashion Textile Design Guidelines'.
